If I were to summarize who I am in three words they would be honest, detailed and loyal. When I work with you I want to build a relationship that will stand the test of time and that I will feel proud of. That has been my approach since I started working in real estate and it is truly the only way that I know how to do things. When I approach each client I think about what is going to be the best for them in the long term. I have a good feel for that and throughout my career my ability to recognize what should be done has only become stronger.
Many times, the smallest details make all the difference. I am a detail oriented person, I recognize the small things that are important, and I will definitely help you with them. After 15 years in the industry I have learned a lot but I also have always had an innate feel for what works.
I have a tendency to be very loyal, so that means I will tell you what you should know and what will help you the most. I will always try to keep you on track with what will get you to your long term goals and sometimes that will be difficult. There have been many times where I could have just said what someone wanted to hear, but I knew that was not right for them. Regardless, I do the right thing by each client, and the relationships I build are strong and long-lasting.

My dedication to service goes beyond my job and extends into my community as well. I support the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation through “Sold on a Cure” program and Children’s Miracle Network through “Miracle Home Program” and a portion of the commission from every home I sell is donated. I am very loyal to these causes in my donations as my mother died of cancer and SickKids helped my son.
I was born into a traditional Ukrainian family and raised in a beautiful City by the Baltic Sea, Kolobrzeg, Poland, but have spent most of my life in West Toronto, Etobicoke’s High Park and Islington Village Communities with people of all walks of life, cultures and ethnic backgrounds. A wonderful place to raise a family and work. For few years I enjoyed residency in Oakville.
Aside from helping people sell and buy homes and helping out in the community my passions include, spending time with family and friends, traveling, a good movie, a great meal, and a good cup of coffee.
